ER BABY!

Its has definitely been a crazy couple of months since I blogged last! I have been in the RN Residency program at UVRMC and was able to do rotations in the Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical ICU. LOVED both and had an opportunity to get hired, but the ER is so my thing, and a little more flexible where a schedule is concerned. I started for real the begining of last week. My first day was awesome. I got to hang out and meet people, go watch procedures that I normally wouldn't see, and hang out with some cool paramedics that showed me the ropes. It was a great day and I am loving it. Somewhat overwhelming. I just have to learn so much, but everyone says it just takes time to get a flow going. I am working full time (3 days a week), and mostly 11am-11pm's and some nights. Nights are actually more fun anyways! Here are some pics of my first day...

that is awesome Sunny! I am glad that you are finally a RN. I am sorry I did not get to catch up with you when I was in Utah. Justin's grandpa had a stroke while we were there so it took up a lot of time that we had planned to see friends. But don't worry, I will be back again soon!
